【Excellent Weather Resistance】

eSUN ASA filament features excellent weather resistance and superior mechanical properties. Thanks to these characteristics, the material is highly resistant to environmental influence and aging, maintains color stability, and resists UV radiation degradation even with prolonged outdoor exposure.

【Superior UV Protection】

Unlike ABS and PLA which degrade under UV exposure, ASA maintains its properties and appearance even after years of outdoor use. Color remains stable without fading or yellowing. Material structure doesn't become brittle from sun exposure making it ideal for permanent outdoor installations.

【Excellent Mechanical Properties】

High impact resistance and strength comparable to ABS but with better chemical and environmental resistance. Material maintains mechanical properties across wide temperature range from -40°C to +90°C. Superior layer adhesion ensures strong and durable prints.

【Easy Printing】

Prints similarly to ABS but with less warping and better bed adhesion. Minimal odor during printing compared to ABS. Compatible with most FDM printers. Enclosed chamber recommended but not always required. Heated bed (90-110°C) ensures best results.
